The Sage Room: Raleigh’s Premier Wedding Space Rental

My husband and I had a wonderful wedding experience at The Sage Room. Our wedding ceremony was on the High Garden rooftop and reception in The Sage Room. The wedding and reception were beautiful and the rooftop was stunning, very memorable and unique. The event manager was extremely helpful from beginning of planning to end of the event, and we really appreciate her expert-level run of show and planning. She coordinated with the bride and groom, parents of bride, and all vendors. With Botanical's coordination and the very friendly staff made our event seamless and fun, and removed so much of the stress from a big event. Many guests remarked throughout the event and that it was one of the best weddings/receptions they'd ever attended. In addition, the food (appetizers and dinner) and drinks were delicious and plentiful. Miriam and team went above and beyond to customize our complex signature cocktails which were a highlight of the evening. We were also very impressed by the chef's expertise and talent. We recommend this venue space and the staff very highly.

This venue was absolutely perfect for our rehearsal dinner! Management helped us coordinate the event and they were awesome - they nailed every detail and was very responsive - she made the whole planning process effortless! And the bar staff was absolutely a 10/10, we danced with them all night! The venue is gorgeous and is a perfect location downtown for those who may want to continue the party afterwards! Would recommend to anyone!

My daughter’s wedding ceremony was held on the roof top deck of the Sage Room and the reception was held at the venue on the second floor of the building. It was a perfect location and was everything that she and her husband wanted in a venue. The food was excellent, the location was perfect and the venue coordinator couldn’t have been better! We would highly recommend the location and venue to anyone wanting a truly unique experience. The view of downtown Raleigh from the ceremony and cocktail hour couldn’t be beat!

Wow is the understatement of the century when I think of the experience we had with Botanical Lounge (High Garden + Sage Room) for our February 2024 wedding. From the moment my now husband and I started talking about wedding venues we knew we wanted a place that made it feel like the celebration it was, we have loved hanging out at the rooftop at Botanical Lounge for years now so what better way to introduce our friends and family to a place that already felt right. From the moment we started working with Miriam and her team I knew we made the right choice. Everything was just so easy and simple, which if you are trying to plan a wedding or have planned a wedding you know those two words are rarely used in this experience. From the organization of the seating for the ceremony, to the arrangement of table, organizing the menu with my food allergy top of mind, and so much more, management was a literal godsend. The food was amazing (they brought out chicken fingers for the kids without even taking a second to say “no that’s not on the party’s menu” – I mean COME ON at that service), the party was exactly what we could have wanted, our out of town guests were blown away and I would recommend this venue over and over again. We can’t wait to reminisce every time we’re sipping prosecco on the rooftop in the future. Thank you Botanical Lounge!!!!
