Located on the second level of 419 Glenwood Avenue in the heart of downtown Raleigh, The Sage Room offers an indoor venue with an open floor plan. This stunning space can seat up to 150 guests or accommodate 300 for a cocktail/social event, depending on the floor layout and menu selection. It features a large dance floor, AV lighting, a state-of-the-art sound system, and an outdoor patio overlooking downtown Raleigh, making it a fantastic venue for any occasion.

At Botanical, we offer flexible pricing options to accommodate a variety of private events, ensuring that your gathering is as unique and special as you envision. Our venue fees are structured to provide excellent value and can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
- Weekday Pricing Venue Fees: Our weekday rates are designed to offer exceptional value for events held from Sunday through Thursday.
- Friday and Saturday Venue Fees: Due to higher demand, our Friday and Saturday venue fees are subject to change.
- These do not include pricing in December, please inquire for December pricing.
Venue Fee Only (Excluding Food and Beverage):
- Sunday – Thursday: $1,000
- Friday: $2,500
- Saturday: $3,500
